We require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your reservation. If you cancel without a 24-hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your services reserved upon rebooking. If you are a no-show or don’t call to cancel, you will be charged 100% of the service for which you are booked. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you’ll be subject for the no-show fee, or all services may not be able to be completed. We realize emergencies happen; cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
We require a credit card to hold your reservation. By reserving a service with us you authorize this business to charge your card on file should you miss or cancel your reservation without a 24-hour advance notice.
If you are not totally satisfied with the color or cut your received at Cobalt Blue Salon, contact us within two weeks, & we will fix the problem at no charge.
If you are not happy with a hair care product purchased at Cobalt Blue Salon, you may exchange it for another product within 14 days of purchase. We will only accept returns and/or exchanges on products that have been slightly used.
All sales are final on all other items including makeup, Nutrafol, Farmhouse Fresh, & all boutique items.
