Policies
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your reservation. If you cancel without a 24-hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your services reserved upon re-booking. If you are a no-show or don’t call to cancel, you will be charged 100% of the service for which you were booked. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be subject to the no-show fee, or all services may not be able to be completed. We realize emergencies happen; cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Booking/Payment
We require a credit card to hold your reservation. By reserving a service with us you authorize this business to charge your card on file should you miss or cancel your reservation without a 24hr advance notice.
Satisfaction
If you are not totally satisfied with your color or cut you received at Cobalt Blue Salon, contact us within two weeks after your appointment and we will fix the problem at no charge.
Products
If you are not happy with a hair care product purchased at Cobalt Blue Salon, you may exchange it for another product within 14 days of purchase. We will only accept returns and/or exchanges on products that have been slightly used.
